Smite the shepherd è il gruppo nato nel giugno Agosto 2009 dopo una lunga esperienza di prove del batterista Tomas e del chitarrista Massimiliano.Con l'arrivo del bassista Mauro, del secondo chitarrista Marco e del cantante Davide la band ha completato la sua formazione.Il gruppo ricerca in ogni sua canzone uno stile incisivo e tecnico tipicamente hardcore/deathcore/metal in cui sviluppa un proprio modo di vedere la musica.Il gruppo non ricerca i soliti assoli pacchiani ma preferisce comporre parti lente ma altrettanto violente che emergano dalla canzone non confondendosi in un semplice rumore.I riff veloci creano un ritmo che mira a suscitare l' interesse dell'ascoltatore.Smite the shepherd vive la sua eperienza musicale con grande impegno alla ricerca di un suono proprio e decisamente aggressivo.

Smite the shepherd is the band born in August 2009 after a long experience of practise of the drummer Tomas and the guitarist Massimiliano.At the arrive of the bassist Mauro, the guitarist Marco and the singer Davide the band completed its line up.The band research in all its songs a incisive and technical style tipically hardcore/deathcore/metal where try to envolve its own way to see the music.We don't search the commons garish solos, but we prefer to compose slow parts that stand out from the song don't bluring in a simple noise.Fast riffs create a rythm that want to stir up the listener's interest.Smite the shepherd live its musical experience working hard to look for its own sound undubtely aggressive.
