Biografia - Nameless Crime

Born in 1999 as a heavy/thrash metal act in Naples, Italy, Nameless Crime released three albums since then: "Nameless Crime" (Nocturnal Music, 2003), "Law and Persecution" (Powerzone, 2006) and "Modus Operandi" (Casket Music, 2010). After the first two records the band experienced radical line-up changes and bass player Raffaele Lanzuise was the only former member left. In 2008 Nameless Crime's all time producer Maddalena Bellini got on guitar and drummer Daniele Ciao joined the band too. The three previously played together in the band Endorphine and quickly started working on new songs. In a few months singer Dario Guarino (from Aged Teen) and keyboards player Dario Graziano (previously in the band as a drummer) completed the new lineup. Nameless Crime recorded Modus Operandi at Zenith Recordings (Lucca, Italy). Mixed by Maddalena Bellini and mastered by Alan Douches at famous West West Side Music studios (New York, U.S.A.), the album well summarizes the whole process of re-shaping Nameless Crime's been going through, resulting in a whole new cross-over between alternative rock, metal, hardcore and goth. A video was also released for the song "Unsigned", directed by Donato Arcella. An European tour followed: The band played in Austria, Hungary (at Metalfest Open Air Hungary 2010, sharing the stage with bands like Nevermore, Lamb Of God and many others), Poland, Sweden and, of course, Italy. In May 2011 Nameless Crime supported notorious Dutch band Pestilence for their Italian dates. In June, new drummer Alessandro Romano (from Valiance) replaced Daniele Ciao. In July Nameless Crime opened for Unsane, in Rome. The band is now working on their fourth album.
